
We currently have an opening for a Project Manager - Client Services to service our client based out
of their offices in Zurich. The Consultant will be required to spend 3 months in our Bangalore office,
familiarizing himself/herself with the work before starting work in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing , Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or statistics. 5+ years of Marketing, Marketing analytics, Marketing Consulting, Consulting & Project Management experience. At least 3-4 years of project management & consulting experience with clients in the consumer goods domain, specifically in food & beverages

MBA with a specialization in marketing
3+ years of Marketing, Marketing analytics, Marketing Consulting, Consulting & Project Management experience. At least 2 years of project management & consulting experience with clients in the consumer goods domain, specifically in food & beverages.
Additional requirements
Proficiency in the English Language - Native Speaker or Schooling in the English language OR TOEFL Score (or equivalent) of at least 600.Expertise with food and beverages marketing and analytics. Experience of having managed medium-large sized teams (5 people or more). Experience of managing client accounts and P&L management experience is a must.
Salary & Other details
Salary including benefits will be based on prior experience & qualifications and could be in the range of 80-100,000 CHF. Local candidates will be preferred and no relocation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and delivering Marketing Data Analytics & Applications in conjunction with the delivery team.
- Integrate between client business needs & analytical solutions. Help in business understanding, scope definition, setting objectives for engagements etc. for analytical assignments designed to deliver insights for maximum business impact
- Help extract insights from consumer, sales, financial and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support
- Provide thought leadership & cutting-edge marketing thinking to solve client business problems
- Provide project management services by Identifying project risks and plan for mitigating them, develop a project schedule with detailed tasks; Monitor the project progress; reschedule when required, report project status; co-ordinate with other team members;
- Review project designs for compliance with statistical and marketing principles, company standards, client requirements and related specifications.
- Provide engagement administration tasks including budget, scope and schedule.
- Take Overall Client P&L & profitability responsibility.
- Oversee multiple client engagements and projects managing client relationships/accounts and growing the accounts.
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
- Work with the senior management to identify growth opportunities among clients and work to capitalize on those opportunities
- Excellent marketing domain understanding, particularly in consumer goods domain.
- Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks
- Be a good people person, and good networker who builds & nurtures relationships
- Should be a team person & manager with experience in delegating responsibilities
- Understand P&L and profitability management in the consulting domain

- Manage and guide team on client engagement administration tasks including project costing, scope and schedule
- Bring thought leadership and cutting edge marketing thinking to solve client business
problems
- Displaying an understanding of client needs – ability to place oneself in client’s shoes
- Help extract insights from consumer, sales, financial and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support
- Developing new methods, solutions to client problems
- Play a business development role and generate additional projects from current and other clients within the organization
- Complete P&L & profitability responsibility for the client teamv Responsible for managing client relationships/accounts and growing the accounts
- Work as a partner with AQ founders to identify growth opportunities among clients and work to capitalize on those opportunities
- Set revenue goals for the team at the beginning of year & measure against these goals in the yearly appraisal cycle
- Having a detailed understanding of project timelines, delivering quality deliverables on time
- Enhancing team capability – training, re-training, developing an understanding of team needs

We are looking for a senior analyst for one of our client teams to work with the following Skills
Ideal profile for this position would be someone with 2-3 years of experience in a client handling role with good quantitative aptitude. Experience in sales, marketing, market research or analytics would be an added advantage.
